Outcome & Reflection

The completed campervan provides a comfortable and practical space for family travel, combining bespoke furniture, integrated storage and essential living facilities within a compact interior. Light finishes and natural pine create a bright, welcoming environment, while the adaptable layout makes efficient use of the available space.

The project provided valuable experience in translating digital designs into a finished, functional interior. Working within the constraints of an existing vehicle highlighted the importance of accurate measurements, material selection and adapting designs to overcome challenges during construction.

Collaborating with my family throughout the conversion also strengthened my practical problem-solving and communication skills. The experience reinforced my interest in furniture and spatial design, particularly the challenge of creating thoughtful, functional solutions tailored to the needs of its users.
